Set of five mid-18th-century Delftware plates featuring a chinoiserie decoration of a pagoda, painted in iron-red, green, cobalt blue and yellow on a white tin-glazed ground. The vibrant polychrome decoration reflects the 18th-century Dutch interest in Chinese-inspired motifs.

The plates are unmarked, but their style and technique indicate production in Delft during the mid-18th century.
