Dutch Delft excellent pair of blue and white ‘Peacock’ chargers, 18th century, with ochre rim,

the center decorated in cobalt with a vase containing an arrangement of peacock feathers and flowers.

The rim decorated with stylized flower heads against a scrolling ground.

Marked ‘MP’, The Metal Pot. During: Pieter Paree, owner of De Metaale Pot, 1756-1771/1775.

Very good condition; light chipping and usual wear to the rim.
