English Delft – Blue and white chinoiserie delftware plate – 18th century

A beautiful English Delftware plate, hand-painted featuring a Chinoiserie-inspired scene of flowers in full bloom, over which an exotic bird flies. The rim decorated with three sprigs of flowers, topped by a pair of butterflies.

Very good condition: usual wear and some chipping to the rim
